User Agreement

2. App Functionality

VeHu is a creativity-focused collage app. You may select images, create collage drafts, adjust layouts and stickers, and export finished works to your system Photo Library.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will only upload or use content that you have the rights to use.
• You will not infringe intellectual property rights, trademarks, or other legal rights.
• You will not use the App for unlawful activities or to violate applicable laws and regulations.
• You understand that exported works are saved to your device and you are responsible for managing them.

4. Content & License

If you choose to create and export collages, your exported content remains your responsibility. The App provides tools to transform images; it does not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose.

You should verify that your use complies with relevant laws and platform policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user scenario.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement or applicable laws.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the App’s operation. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
